Testimonials

"I’ve been going to Sara’s classes for 9 years! She is a wonderful teacher and human 💗 her classes have got me through stressful jobs and more and have always grounded me. Sara brings such a positive, infectious, energy to all her classes. You instantly feel welcome and classes are lighthearted and fun! I love the creativity of the flows but also her amazing meditations. Thank you so much Sara! Xxx"

-Beccy Wilson, YOGA PRACTITIONER

"The experience is very relaxing from the start. Sara has a calming voice and presence. The yoga is always varied and for all abilities, with the space to push yourself if comfortable. Her sound baths take you through a journey of sounds so it's easy to drift into a zen state and I always come away refreshed and ready for a good night's sleep. The offer of herbal tea and spiritual cards is always a nice addition and ice breaker for the class"

-Natasha Elhaj

"Brilliant!! Sara makes yoga fun and yet has a very calming voice and clear direction..I love her♥️"

What yoga means to me....

Yoga is a holistic practice that blends physical movement, breath control, and mindful awareness to nurture both body and mind. Rooted in ancient traditions, it goes beyond exercise — it’s a way of cultivating balance, resilience, and inner peace.

Sara trained in a shala in Goa India. The practice included learning the eight limbs of yoga. These are

  1. Yama: Restraints or moral disciplines that promote ethical living.

  2. Niyama: Positive duties or observances that build character.

  3. Asana: Physical postures that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.

  4. Pranayama: Regulation of breath that improves energy flow.

  5. Pratyahara: Mindful separation from the senses to focus on the mind.

  6. Dharana: Concentration on the mind's focus.

  7. Dhyana: Meditation and concentration on the mind's focus.

  8. Samadhi: The state of deep meditation and absorption in the mind's focus.
